今日之电子元件、冷冻系统及人造卫星的热控制,皆已朝向高性能、高密度的组合发展,使用高效率的散热设计,非常重要。
运用双相流潜热变化的原理,所设计的散热装置有热管(Heat Pipe)及均温板(Vapor Chamber)。
这两种移热装置应用研究几乎都是在太空科技上。因此研究背景也都模拟在外太空无重力或微重力下的温度控制系统。为了克服无重力下,将冷凝的工作液体吸附至蒸发器内蒸发沸腾,於是发展出具有各种毛细结构的热管。
近年来热管已是散热模组之重要元件。虽然热管有短小轻薄及高散热功率的优点。不过电子产品及机器功能需求却不断提升造成所需密度也越大,造成热管的散热密度有一定的限制。
因此堃正有限公司有鉴於此,著重於节能减碳电子散热系统,例如手机散热、节能减碳开发与设计、各式散热系统、超薄热管、均温板、及大型机房散热系统设计开发。 Nowadays electronic components, refrigeration systems and thermal control of artificial satellites have all been developed towards a high-performance, high-density combination. It is very important to use a high-efficiency heat dissipation design. Using the principle of heat change in two-phase flow, the designed thermal system includes lots of the heat pipes and the Vapor Chambers. Almost all researches on the application of these two heat transfer devices are in space technology. Therefore, the research background also simulates the temperature control system in outer space without gravity or microgravity. In order to overcome the absence of gravity, the condensed working liquid is absorbed into the evaporator to evaporate and boil, so heat pipes with various capillary structures have been developed. Because of the nowadays trend, our designed group have been focusing on energy-saving and carbon-reducing electronic cooling systems, such as mobile phone cooling, energy-saving and carbon-reducing development and design, various cooling systems, ultra-thin heat pipes, uniform temperature plates, and large-scale computer room cooling systems.
