均温板(vapor chamber)
均温板内部结构唯一毛细结构体而成。The internal structure of the vapor chamber is made of the only capillary structure.
作动方式 Action method：
将热源之浅热吸收后产生蒸气向二维方向传送水蒸气於压力低之冷凝端，冷凝端吸收之浅热成为冷凝水，藉由毛细结构送蒸发部之传送方式。
After the shallow heat of the heat source is absorbed, the steam produced is transferred in a two-dimensional direction to the condensation end with low pressure. The shallow heat absorbed by the condensation end becomes condensed water, which is transported to the evaporation part through the capillary structure.
