特色簡介
今日之電子元件、冷凍系統及人造衛星的熱控制，皆已朝向高性能、高密度的組合發展，使用高效率的散熱設計，非常重要。
運用雙相流潛熱變化的原理，所設計的散熱裝置有熱管(Heat Pipe)及均溫板(Vapor Chamber)。
這兩種移熱裝置應用研究幾乎都是在太空科技上。因此研究背景也都模擬在外太空無重力或微重力下的溫度控制系統。為了克服無重力下，將冷凝的工作液體吸附至蒸發器內蒸發沸騰，於是發展出具有各種毛細結構的熱管。
近年來熱管已是散熱模組之重要元件。雖然熱管有短小輕薄及高散熱功率的優點。不過電子產品及機器功能需求卻不斷提昇造成所需密度也越大，造成熱管的散熱密度有一定的限制。
因此堃正有限公司有鑑於此，著重於節能減碳電子散熱系統，例如手機散熱、節能減碳開發與設計、各式散熱系統、超薄熱管、均溫板、及大型機房散熱系統設計開發。
Nowadays electronic components, refrigeration systems and thermal control of artificial satellites have all been developed towards a high-performance, high-density combination. It is very important to use a high-efficiency heat dissipation design.
Using the principle of heat change in two-phase flow, the designed thermal system includes lots of the heat pipes and the Vapor Chambers.
Almost all researches on the application of these two heat transfer devices are in space technology. Therefore, the research background also simulates the temperature control system in outer space without gravity or microgravity.
In order to overcome the absence of gravity, the condensed working liquid is absorbed into the evaporator to evaporate and boil, so heat pipes with various capillary structures have been developed.
Because of the nowadays trend, our designed group have been focusing on energy-saving and carbon-reducing electronic cooling systems, such as mobile phone cooling, energy-saving and carbon-reducing development and design, various cooling systems, ultra-thin heat pipes, uniform temperature plates, and large-scale computer room cooling systems.
